Call me crazy, but I get excited about data room management. I love pulling all the information together, making sure it’s orderly and comprehensive, seeking out missing documents and fielding those pesky RFIs. I’ve worked in Sharepoint and Ansarada, but no matter the system, I can take the pain out of your data room process.

I have prepared and negotiated hundreds of lease documents, from small retail tenancies, to multi-floor office leases, to large industrial warehouses. Whilst I always recommend having a precedent lease prepared by your property lawyer, I can assist with negotiations and modifying clauses to match agreed terms.
